Today we'll meet our client for the first time. I'm in a sub team with Claudia and Anton and our client is Saurashtra Voluntary Actions or SAVA. They're a non-profit organisation that works with villagers in the Saurashtra region to enable them to become self-reliant. There's a good introduction on their website, including an interesting video with English voice over called holding hands.
SAVA have asked us to help write a 5 years business plan, review the business and financial management systems and review their supply chain.
I think it'll be an interesting challenge and I know all the team is looking forward to getting started.
